TRAINING OBJECTIVE
Upon completion of this training, the participant should be able to:
  1. Understand the importance of effective leadership role and style
  2. Determine which leadership style to adopt in order to influence and increase employee’s performance
  3. Build and maintain productive and positive team by discovering the motivation factor to drive employee’s performance
  4. Develop ability in goal setting, planning, prioritising, delegation, solving problem and making decision
  5. Give and receive feedback effectively, and provide coaching and counselling for employee development
  6. Handle performance management by addressing the challenges, training strategies and motivation
  7. Managing self in emotional intelligence and communication
